Anxiety Pal offers practical support tools. It is not a crisis-response service and cannot contact emergency services, trusted people, or support organisations for you.
Immediate danger
Call local emergency services now if life is at risk or someone cannot stay safe.
In the UK, NHS guidance says to call 999 or go to A&E now if someone's life is at risk or you do not feel you can keep yourself or someone else safe.
UK support
Official UK sources for urgent mental health guidance and phone support.

For urgent mental health help in England, the NHS points people to 111 online or 111 by phone, with the mental health option, or an urgent GP appointment.
- Samaritans phone support
Samaritans offers free phone support on 116 123, day or night, for whatever someone is going through.

Use local emergency services first when safety cannot wait.
